My World's In a Whirl
Hmm! Methinks I've just hit a wall
A damn rare occurrence for me
Not worried even a little bit though
My thoughts will soon be set free
Must be ready to go with the flow
And not think the well has run dry
A momentary wee glitch in the action
Best not to try to figure out why
Still can't help trembling just a little bit
While sipping my morning wine
What if I was to never write again
The world would fall out of rhyme
Oh heavenly days, my mind's in a whirl
Think I'll talk about the birds and bees
Should I stand up to my nervous feelings
Or just let everything flow free?
Okay, think I've got a grasp on things
As I stagger aimlessly around
Always thought of myself as prolific
Back to the keyboard I'm bound
Mac popped up with, “Hello stranger”
Not a way to get back on stream
Insensitive and unfeeling, this Mac of mine
Computers can be so damn mean!
