My Wishes Few

As time goes by
Days best uncluttered
The good life
Coasts uncomplicated

My wishes are few
And quite simple
I crave peace and
Happy settings

Moments of seclusion
Where I can be creative
Amuse my inner child
Dance drenched in sunshine
And taste serenity

I think you captured the way poets crave a taste of serenity. Anyway that is how I interpret this poem. - very well written - Serenity is what I require to attempt writing a poem.
