My Truly Biggest Mistake

I made such a tremendously big mistake which caused me the greatest heartache Letting her go became my saddest regret this woman, Samantha, I will never forget For her, this job offer came out of the blue "Jimmy, I don't know what to do!" "Sam, this is what you've worked so hard for, it's a prestigious position that you can't ignore!" As she was leaving, we kissed, held each other tight I began crying as she drove out of sight I knew what I wanted to say "Please Samantha don't go, please just stay!" I knew that my life would never be the same I am the only one to shoulder the blame Those words I truly wanted to say came much too late and because of that, I have truly sealed my fate Oh, what a very huge mistake I made those memories we spent together, will never fade!
