My True Love's Scent To Me

My True Love’s Scent, To Me

“He loves me just as I am’’ cooed the Princess.
“My beauty is au natural …so he doth profess”.
The Ruler of Egypt has eyes for no other maiden, but me.
There is none other fairer, as far as the eye can see”.

“Yes it’s true I am the Ruler of all of Egypt; that’s me.
And in all of the land, it’s true: there’s none fairer than she”.
But if truth be told, I’m not keen on one thing - her Pheromones,
"I’d much rather she wore Chanel No.5” ….the Pharaoh moans.
