My Time And Yours

I'm finally drawing a rough draft
of a situation gone out of hand,
no writing in the dry sand:
a storm is predicted
by the weather forecast;
no traces will be left!
Lisa's fingers are moving fast,,
what if they erased all
and they let the ball roll?

Is stupidity wasting
my time and yours,
losing each detail
of concentration
on this worthless task?
We  need more dedication,
more profound inspiration
to bring it to a conclusion:
our plans  are misty clouds
pierced by sharp sounds!

Imagination can create castles
without a wand,
my time and yours
must have  a final plan so grand;
think of the outcome indeed:
a life lived together without greed!
