My Shortest Date

it happened many years ago, when I was young and handsome I somehow wound up with a blind date one I was never to forget it was hate at first sight not just merely distaste, we seemed to loath each other, of time and money, what a waste we went to dinner as planned our glares of steel and frigid words I know this date should be "canned" somehow by mutual agreement we decided to call it a night I drove her to a bowling alley and thereafter took my flight my wonder is, by now how and why this was only once it should'a happened more often because I can be a putz.
