My Inward Journey
My inward journey starts as I navigate my soul's peace-routes
allowing God, my life's divine Guide to expose unto me my human nature
as well as my frailty, while I admit to Him my flaws, weakness and limitations
and confessing my sins and guilt toward His forgiveness for my spiritual serenity
while claiming His promise of pardon, against self-condemnation and feeling of worthlessness.
With the Lord as my constant cheer leader
I am grateful to see myself triumphantly glowing
since my heart knows that His love with virtues' might
can conquer my frustration midst oppressive angsts due to failure
letting me surmount life's trials and tests along mountains of challenges.
Having Christ as my companion-light
I delight in my spiritual trips, despite detours
still beaming with blissful quietude, defying pain-woes
while propped with my commitment to move on against hardships
upholding my relationship with others and friendship-status upon proven trustworthiness.
Trusting the Saviour as my Director
I believe that I can vanquish doubts in my journey
with my faith choosing victory over mockery of doom
not allowing anything to subdue my zeal toward my prayerfully guarded goal
continuing in His sovereign plan, since I have proven that in Him, nothing is impossible.
Cognizant that the Almighty is my best friend forever
I have a meaningful inward journey with a heavenly vision
thankful to the Creator for His partnership with me steadfastly
as He invites me to serve Him by His grace, mercy, and kindness
empowering me so that I can be a blessing to someone in my ministerial status.
