My Humble Prayer

Stranded midway, my path is
strewn with thistles and thorns.
When turbulence rocks my life,
I lift my eyes Heavenwards,
and beseech- ‘Lord, piolet me’!

When tempests toss my vessel,
l pray- ‘Hold my hand’.
When heartaches leave deep scars,
wish, you come with solace,
showing an exuberance of kindness.

Help me face each day,
endowing me with your grace.
Lord, fill me with love,
to share it with others.
This is all I implore.
