He who fills all Heaven and Earth bore it richness where there was dearth. To hear saints to your glory sing, O Lord, grant me this one small thing! He whose son died for my own sake shall his return to this world make. Now I wait for that day coming, O Lord, grant me this one sure thing! He who my solemn prayers receive, in who I confide and believe. Such love and grace to my heart cling, O Lord, grant me this one dear thing! He who foretold of toil and strife - the promise of eternal life! Baptism from a heavenly spring, O Lord, grant me this one good thing! He who raised us up from the dust, who is merciful, wise, and just. Peace to this world your son will bring, O Lord, grant me this one true thing! He whose plan is now close at hand - his people in the Promised Land! Hark, inside its walls the bells ring, O Lord, grant me this one more thing! He whose word is written in me and whose kingdom I hope to see. Salvation from my God and King, O Lord, grant me this one last thing! Written: July 2016
