My Confidence In God
My confidence* in God must be always steadfast!
Being omnipotent, He is bigger than my tenacious strong faculties...
Upholding my faith, His power anchors me against wavering.
Thus, I acknowledge and confess to Him my unstable ways
While delighting in His blessings that bring peace-filled bliss.
My reliance upon God should be braced by His commandments!
Being omniscient, He is wiser than my educated intellectual prowess...
Checking my heart, His truth instructs me to prioritize His will.
Hence, I need His direction to propel my spirituality upward
As He drives my persistence toward eternal pursuits.
My dependence on God ought to show my sincere humility!
Being omnipresent, He is faster than my skilled ready preparedness...
Loving my soul, His grace enables me to do what's best with my utmost.
Therefore, I submit to His mercy, constantly available
Enabling me to serve Him well despite adversities.
*Proverbs 3:26 “For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken.”
