My Awakening
A far off memory that's like a scattered dream..
...a scattered dream that's like a far of memory..
..I want to line the pieces up...
Yours...
And mine
Let me tell you my story
As I traversed through the visions of my mind..
Sketching, writing..seeking to find
I sought for assistance from spirit within
Searching and questioning intimately
Asking God to guide
High school was over and I felt free from shackles
Seeing tonl stretch endlessly far behind me
Little did I know what awaited me..
With time on my hands..I searched valiantly
For the pieces God wished to fashion upon me
Humbly I read, meditated and linked
Began a take a book I was writing seriously
I named it Asunder
It was about the story of two identical brothers
Same in flesh, placed in different perceptions
Yin and yang..
I yet to finish this novel so il leave the story on a cliff hang
Finished with chapter 1
On to the other
I was about to continue my writing
Then a vision came upon me
It's chain of thoughts stretched like a vase sea of dreams
Links upon links it connected to reality
Such a simple sign
Gave birth to my sight from my blind
So much to keep in ones mind
I started a journal so I could look back and find
What questions may be answered behind
I found no fault in its simplicity it's ultimate truth
It was holy and full of fruit
Simple as 123
Quite literally
The idea rose from the yin yang symbol that I drew
I did it out of unconscious inspiration
Who knew
I thought about life as a coin two sides but one
Then as a book
Because of the line that swerved through
Then I visualized it as in comparison of the big 3
I'm thinking...this is really cool
the Father the son and holy spirit
Speaking so clear to me..I could hear it
If we are the image of God then we are a reflection
A image shattered because of Lucifer..
Then brought back through a connection
The word
The bringer of God's thoughts
Voice of the unheard
A simpe picture that made complete since
With what I was correlating
The river of life and a scroll I saw as I peared deeper
A secret just waiting
My own voice in my head seemed to swim in smooth motion
As if breaching from the other side in one notion
At this I was amazed..
But also shocked
For I thought how could I figure this out?
A very serious question I ponder
Then it hit me..my mind it felt just wondered
I looked to the mirror
sae a face i thought was familar
At that moment I saw not me..
But one who..
Had the face of eternity
