Muse of Destiny Can'T Be Cheated
MUSE OF DESTINY CAN’T BE CHEATED
Said to my wife cynically
I can write all the names
of people who have ever helped me
on the back of a stamp
with this big pen.
she said its too cynical
but let’s try it - I’ll bet
you’ll need more paper.
said ok maybe you’re right,
and sat down to write
the first name of the list. . . .
. . . . but the pen had no ink!
