Mum, Do You Know the Postcode For Warwick Castle
mum said she needed a stiff drink
me, at the wheel,
closing my eyes and actually praying
a rented car, a wide car
narrow roads
tractors and horses
getting my brexercise
not knowing how to use the GPS
getting beeped at the first crossroads
on returning the vehicle
Linfold, at the car rental place
gave me a fist bump
he said to me you're a great driver
then he walked around
the other side
a scratch along the door
a dented wing mirror
we took buses for the rest of the trip
