Mr Strange

Some say he is a ghost,
acting as a distinguished host
in his castle.
He loves to whistle,
as he admires his rose garden.

There's a claim he had a maiden
voyage across the seas,
only for the storms to take his life.

You see, the problem with this
tale, is that he's often
seen on his balcony, taking wine,
as he talks with his wife.

This tale is certainly not in line
with the ghost stories I know,
for there's no ghost, now
or ever, who takes wine;
spirits only haunt or wander.

Many people still wonder
why he denies he's dead;
every time he only grows fonder
of his mystery instead....

How amusing ... a wine drinking ghost - how fascinating a tale you wove Teddy - guess I would need a drink if I witnessed this for real!
