apotheotic: (adj)  the highest point in the development of something; a culmination or climax; also, the elevation of someone to divine status.

I used REFRACTORY RHYMES throughout this poem.

what she said could be seen as hyperbole
not to come running on broken leg problem
but her wisdom portioned into golden prompts
saving for a rainy day comes up empty
the free market could benefit by her depth
she’s open-handed and supports socialism
however her intentions were never false
like threats of waiting for return of husband
witticism unsurpassed by comic excerpts
Mother is an apotheotic angel

Suzette, I like your poem. Mother sounds just like my grandma, dirt poor, strict and a bit cross at times, struggled to put food on the table, but could be quite funny, and was beloved, I love that image too, Constance

I once told my mother that she had taught me the value of money and that I must turn over a penny before spending it. She laughed and said that she used to sneak extra pennies into my moneybox as a reward to teach me the lesson that instant gratification is not a desirable trait. LOL ... Talk about getting our lines crossed. :)
