Mother

the sweet of all hearts,
the teacher of my character, 
an ointment for my pains,
undaunted partner of my days of rain,
unflinching supporter of my aims, 
the friend of my needs, 
only the mother indeed

Oh I do love this one "MOTHER", very well written, I am so lucky I still have my mother and she turns 100 in May, her name is Rosina Violet May and to me she is like a rose, thank you for this poem and take care.......Vera

Thanks you so much Vera. I today talked to my mom after a long time . she is ill and 70 i think. Happy to know your mom is going to be 100. May this Rose of you remain evergreen and blossom always in your life........ thanks and pay salam(peace) to your mom from me as well
