Mother

You picked me up.
You soothed my wounds.
You felt my heartbeat
within your womb.

You planned my future.
You stayed by my side
when I was born
to protect and guide.

As I grew
you set me free.
You saw my mistakes.
You let me be me.

You touched my soul
and taught me the truth.
I learned right from wrong
from my early youth.

Now you're gone,
but I hear you still,
speaking softly and gently
saying, "It's God's will".

Hi Andrea...Glad you liked "Mother" but "Mother Earth" is there somewhere. It was only the 2nd poem I posted here. So, it is right above "Puppeteers".

regardless what you think....my heart, it did sink....deep into the abyss of Love....i couldnt escape, even if it was thought of....truly one of a kind....you introduced me to the Divine....i know you never want me to feel the drama....because you are my mama....i applaud you carole....;)
