Morning Prayers

Perched on a fence post,
Silhouette...against the sun:
The rooster worships.

Hi Raul, Congratulations on your success in my contest. I really like the worshiping idea and the image of the rooster making his morning sounds (Prayers) in the early morning dawn. Smiles, Dane Ann

I recall my childhood days when my old favorite red rooster would flap his way upon the fence, and do his morning offering, or show off, to the hens in the yard. Delightful to watch. A very worthy Haiku. Raul. Sincerely Moses
