Sedoka... 5-7-7-5-7-7
 
morning marinate 
merge  in lost meditation
losing all irritation
absorb, marinate 
line up on new principle
marinate in new precept

of morning session
evaluate marinate
accept life’s renewed menu
bind the old concept
leave concepts of strife behind
enter dawn of a new day

as in eagle’s flight
I have mitigated wings 
unlimited potential
power essential
infinite infinity
I advance in destiny
