Morning
Breaking golden dew on green,
As waking notes the red one sings,
Afore furled colors grasping rays,
Breathing new in coalescing sway,
Eyes wet to sweet and shine,
Shadows wane a hushed resign,
Warmth entices open yearning faces,
On flushed plains with prickly graces,
High blue reminiscent a rite before,
Clean brightness on a dusty shore....
