More Vs Less

Ate less today – felt stronger and healthier worked smarter – while doing less seeming to accomplish more ignored many shallow acquaintances...giving extra time for deeper more meaningful relationship with a carefully chosen few reaffirming to my mind that only Love needs no compromising....

On many other things we can compromise, but with love no compromise is allowed. When we leave aside cumbersome little activities, mostly unwanted and focus on few important people and pursuits, there would be more satisfying relationships and better outcome. So wisely put, dear Joe

- I have never been concerned about my weight or a lot of food ... I am not thin and not fat ... eat sensibly ... use your feet ... every day out in nature ... drink water ... this is my advice... have a lovely day, Joe :) - hugs

Sound advice -- stop eating when tummy is comfortable, and plenty of fluids and exercise -- I eat a lot of watermelon during the summer months. Of course, I am in Arizona, where 110 plus in July and August is the norm. Have a beautiful day Anne. Blessings.

Eating wholesome but not in great amounts s ideal and makes you stronger. Good advice Joe. I'm doing the same.

Eating is necessary, but most of us probably eat twice what is needed for health, overloading our systems. Too much is no better than junk food. It can be deadly. No doctor~just my opinion for the little it may be worth.
