More Vs Less

Ate less today –
felt stronger
and healthier

worked smarter – 
while doing less seeming
to accomplish more

ignored many shallow
acquaintances...giving extra
time for deeper more meaningful
relationship with a carefully
chosen few

reaffirming to my mind
that only Love
needs no compromising....

It can be deadly. No doctor~just my opinion for the little it may be worth.
