Moonbeam Latticed Shadow
Sunset sky composes day’s requiem of twilight
Nimbus clouds hover low to sing on their flight
Out of melted core rains make melody of tear
Shards of broken heart like torn leaves can hear.
Sea swells on the shattered sky’s falling debris
Rolling waves dance with the storm symphony
Before the music melts in silence of marine core
Surging surfs bring it on shine of pearls to shore.
There I feel the cadence of loneliness in me flow
With the aria of your moonbeam latticed shadow.
