Monologue of Redemption
I've killed the part of me that dwells in all humans
With that, I've sparked a bestial revolution
My soul torn asunder
They've taken the walls
A broken man spawns forth a superior demon
A blood-soaked mind offers no refuge from the onslaught of eternity's screams
Floating on the brink of oblivion, I wonder, was I ever safe?
With guilty hands I ask. No I beg for redemption!
Put this beast down with a notion of forgiveness
I jump from this cliff hoping to land in the arms of a higher power but I'm afraid I will be abandoned and left to continue to plummet through my homemade void; on and on, on and on, on and on...
