Money Manager
Pssst ...
Hey kid,
I heard you came into a trunk load of cash
Can I ask, do you know how to manage it?
Moving from poverty to wealth
is a big deal
Everybody you know,
a little piece they’re gonna wanna try to steal
Take it from me,
this legal tip is free
I’m a long time money manager,
and I just came down from my penthouse top floor
Had to greet and meet the fastest rising star
in the sports world
Would you like to take a spin in my luxury car,
and let me tell you
how I can stretch your money so mint condition far
But listen here, kid,
this one thing you better believe:
You can’t trust nobody,
except your money manager ... and when the ink dries,
your best buddy is gonna be me
I’m already getting a wire transfer account set up,
so only you can access your money anytime instantly
Just a money manager perk
to show you how fast I work
But you must take heed:
Trust nobody with your money,
nobody except me
From now on,
you can’t trust your childhood friends
or close family
The only person you can trust
with your money is me
Here’s a carte blanche checkbook,
the gold pen is free
My only cost is
a compounded interest small fee
I’ll keep your money safe,
make sure the government don’t sticky finger you
Get you endorsement revenue paid,
smile for the cameras is all you have to do
But remember what I said, kid:
you can’t trust nobody no more
I’m already getting extra locks put on your vault door
You can’t trust your old neighborhood posse amigos
You can’t trust your high school sweetheart fiancé,
don’t listen to any honey-coated words she say
And with all the new relatives coming out the woodwork,
I suggest you pack up at warp speed, Jean-luc Picard Kirk
Don’t go getting soft on me, kid ... we’ll be rolling dough
on a mansion marble hard floor
And don’t listen to your parent’s advice
If they knew what they were talking about,
they wouldn’t still be living poor
Power attorney me, kid,
and I’ll pile up your money
For a small adjunct fee,
I’ll safely tuck your money away
Don’t bother looking at what the fine print say,
just sign on the dotted line ... no delay
Money managers come and go,
they're a dime a dozen
But the best ones always stay
I like you, kid ...
I can tell we’re gonna go a long way
So you don’t have to worry no more ...
want proof, here is my extra house key
And as a professional courtesy;
coming at no extra cost, no added fee
I’ll preside over your estate personally,
should your pockets ever become empty
