Mommy Dearest

Few families are perfect... But some are more toxic and damaging than others. May each new generation learn from the mistakes of the past and forge a better way. Mommy dearest By Michelle Morris 22/04/2020 Mommy dearest, Where were you? When you sent Me away to Boarding school? To have your Own life, Without your kids; No fun with us - Disadvantages. Mommy dearest, Why did you Kick me out? When I was Still at school, Trying to Graduate? To hurt me And disown me, Put me down; Abandonment Issues, With deepest roots Sown. Mommy dearest, Why did you Hate me so? Blamed me For everything, And the Scars Still show. © Michelle Morris, 2020
