Mom

For all the times you were there for me
I have learned thankfulness
For the patience you have always
   shown me
I have learned respect
For all my good childhood memories you
   allowed me
I have learned trust

For all the generosity you have shown me
I have learned to give
For showing me right from wrong
I have learned integrity
For the times you taught me I can do
   anything
I have learned independence

For the strength you have always shown
   to me
I have learned endurance
For the morals you followed and
   taught me
I have learned self respect
For all the love you have given me Mom
I have learned how lucky I am
