Superb! So much left to the reader's imagination. What can be read through light lines from full winter moon? Excellent posting! Be well. Brian

So simple, but so intricate. I am left wondering what the moonlight caught between those lines. They way you play with so few words and create an entire perspective is ingenious.

Love this haiku. I was looking thru the blinds at the storm brewing the other night and yes it is like reading between lines only looking between the slats. love phyl

How ingeniously you have blended the two images. When read between the lines, your haiku conveys more than apparently said !

to answer the question you posed below, yes, we got a lot of snow last week but this week not really. I hope the worst is finished. We had drought last summer, so with the good December snowfalls, I am hoping we have less drought this year.

Thanks for the info, Andrea. We never get any snow in Malta, so I'm often curious how my friends abroad manage to cope with both the cold and snow! Probably, if I were there I'd freeze :) // paul

Such a perfect blend of sight, light, "blinds moonlight". Happy New Year Paul. I enjoyed Supercalifragilistic plus Expialudocious. Sad about "lonesome" Christmas, though I only lost parents & two beautiful US friends in 2018 and 2020. Shalom shalom.
