Missing You

If I could have one thing, It would be to have you back in my life. I would have things be the way they were before it all suddenly stopped. I'd have your arms around me and your kisses on me. You would tell me how much you missed me after only a small time apart. The happiness you brought into my life would return. The sun would feel warm again, And everything would be right. I know I cannot have you. You were never mine to have. Your heart has always belonged to someone else. For a short time, too short of a time, I got a glimpse of the things I had been missing. And I felt how good it could feel to have someone be my side. I know it's all over and you'll never be back. I just hope some day she will see the wonderful person you are and finally treat you right. Finally be faithful to you, honest with you, and provide the love you deserve.
