Mirror of Memories-Who Am I and Who Are You

This mirror does not tell all of
the truth. For it does not show
the memories lost, as it shows
the loss of youth.
Who will remind me of where I
need to be or who will remind me
of when to brush my hair or my
teeth.
What will happen to all the things
I love and with whom will I live
when my memory is completely
gone.
I don't want to be a burden to my
family or my friends. I feel alone
and afraid as all my thoughts come
to this slow end.
My heart is broken that I know I
will forget your face and this sickness
will take from me all that in this life
I hold dear and leave a life lived behind
without a trace.
Who am I? Who are you?
