Mirror Mirror

Mirror Mirror on the wall I can see it all The past trauma I leave with you will make you fall Her past is really if only others could have saw She weeps inthe shower Trying to find some sort of power To make it though the day At least she stands by her trauma and still feels his hand on her still today What do I do she sais can someone help me find my way She is scared, she must take back her day Others would say She is weak and will fail in everyway How can she take back her shower and her power Her pass is catching up to her now, all so sad She screams out in tears so mad I can't give up death is not the answer The struggles we face only make us stronger It just seems like the days get longer and longer This affects my sobriety Be strong each and every hour don't use you scare me

Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
