Heidi Sands Poet Personification

Miraculous Flight

I am a bird in miraculous flight
Looking down upon everything in sight
As the land rushes by, I take a look
Flowing like the water in the brook
I am free, breathing air in the sky
A natural ability, I don’t question why
I land where I choose, flying down below
I watch the actions of the fellow crow
This creation is my precious home to explore
When I fly each flight, I need nothing more
