MUCH better than the minstrel show I was in back in 1959. (all in blackface and wearing white gloves and red lipstick. Oy!). Imagine that today...

Oh my! Things of the past… I didn’t even think about that when I wrote this poem…no one in black face. Actually the inspiration was my husband’s painting by Bedard of foolish ducks in a storm…they are delighting in their boat while the waves build around them. Be blessed, dear one!
