Imagine you being free....
Free from your thoughts, just free...
Free from greed, desparity.....
Free from wanting expertise
Free from anger, free from hurt.
In total control of your own mind.
One breathe, one step at a time.
Imagine living in bliss even in chaotic surroundings.
While the world is bitter your feeling astounding.
With an Aura that shines so bright.
The touch of your hand, the greet in your smile,
let others feel your light.
This greatness is possible, even though it is hard to believe.
The key is being present and learning how to breathe.
It's seeing things for the first time by learning to be aware.
It knowing your important, show yourself you're there.
Be mindful of the heart you have.
It does so much more than beat.
It's authentic and only yours.
Know that you truly are unique.
Life's beautiful when you open your eyes to this new view
You would be amazed at what mindfulness can do for you.
