Memory of Youth

Angst of ascending oh, stairs pose beckoning woes once easily surmounted… ...Missing youthful* zest ah, I still climb by God’s strength midst soaring faith legacy.
*Ecclesiastes 12:1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them. November 2, 2020 3rd place, "SPIN A SEDOKA" Poetry Contest Sponsored by Nette Onclaud; judged on 11/4/2020.

Stairs do get to be more of an effort as age overtakes us. Praising God and realizing there is a God becomes clearer. Solomon the writer of Ecclesiastes definitely had a problem of too many wives which swayed him towards other gods. Thanks for dropping by my page. Sara
