We’ve recently been to Malta and had an incredible time I met Paul, Charma and Victor. Meeting soupers was divine! The memories I have of our time together Will stay with me forever and ever In Malta there is so much to do, so many places to explore It was our fourth consecutive visit … Malta holidays I adore! Soon the time came for us to say goodbye And home in the airplane we’d have to fly I climbed on board the airplane (I’ll try to be discrete) But the man sitting next to me was also taking up MY seat I couldn’t put the arm rest down it was covered by his back He needed a seat belt extension to give him a bit of slack Fortunately I’m petite and don’t take up too much room I wasn’t squashed for too long .. the pilot sure went zoom! 11~02~16

Its about a 3 1/2 hour flight Andrea and is such an awesome place as you can see in the pics which are off the web. The weather was not kind to us but meeting Paul Charma and Victor was an unforgettable experience:-) hugs Jan xx

The weather was the worst they had had in 4 years but it was our best holiday ever:-) Meeting Paul Charma and Victor is something I will never ever forget and i hope we go back again next year:-) hugs Jan xx

Hysterical! I envy you, how I would love to meet Paul (a master of poetry) Charma (her writing akin to beauty) and Victor (stirs our emotions with every piece). This is a brilliant write and a fav for me.

It was the best best holiday ever ... the weather was not good in fact we are told it was the worst in 4 years but meeting Paul Charma and Victor was so so incredible I have such happy memories:-) hugs Jan xx

Jan...how lovely. I have been to Malta first in 1978, back in 1981 and last time 2012. It is a beautiful island. I'm envious of your meet and greet. How about next meet up in Limerick?? Really!!

ha ha ha Limerick now that would be an ideal place for me to go to:-) I think Malta is definitely on the cards for next year we love it so so much - we have never returned to a place again and again like we have to Malta!:-) hugs Jan xx

WoW! I'm a bit jealous. I wouldn't mind meeting the awesome poets/ poetess you met in real life. All three of them Charma, Paul and Victor are great community builders on the soup. I wouldn't mind meeting you either! I'm glad you had a great time on your visit to Malta. I'm sorry about the plane ride though. Thanks for sharing this poem:-) Alexis

I had the most amazing holiday Alexis it is the third year running we have visited but meeting 3 soupers and their families made it the best holiday ever:-) oh to have a big soup meet up that would be so amazing!:-) hugs jan xx

Yes, I agree that Malta is a wonderful and inspiring place and when you combine it with: Victor, Charmaine and Paul then it becomes marvelous! I agree with Victor's suggestion, your majesty of Limericks! Superb! I have an idea why don't we organize a symposium of all supers to meet in different places every year to read our poetry and to see one another. Furthermore we could publish the results of this symposium! Hugs!

I don't know what impressed you more, Malta, figuratively or that man, literally. Each subject got equal lines. Either way I'm glad you shared such personal impressions in such a fun, poetic way. Malta. Wow ... CayCay (LOVE the pics)

This is our 4th visit to Malta but is definitely the best one ever. Meeting Paul charma and Victor was a dream come true:-) :-) I couldn't even sit next to my hubby on the plane he was on the opposite aisle seat to me..... hmm a limerick I wonder if I dare lol :-( hugs jan xx
