Memories

Memories like darkness came in. In the corner of the room was an album of photos. Clinging to his memories, They disappeared like light vanishes with darkness. At first glance as strangers, The spark began to cling, To her beauty. She lit the world around me. Then the darkness re-emerged. Her face is the disappearing sunshine burned my soul. The album began to blend with darkness as her smile began to fade. A song, a smile, then nothing.
