Melancholy Dreams

As I look back over my life and visit memory lane, I’m bombarded with a lot of melancholy dreams. I find that I never really reached my potential, I’ve had a lot of almost ‘s but not quite there. What is a girl to do? Just give up on dreams? I think not, I will keep dreaming because I believe dreams really do come true no matter what. 9-1-2017 Alexis Y.

Great thoughts here Alexis. I believe in you! At times we don't feel like we add up. The dreams keep us going, even if they are bigger than we can handle. Poets are big dreamers arent they? You're a beautiful dreamer, and writer. Always, Laura
