Meek and Weak

MEEK AND WEAK


Meek
Mild and gentle like a sweet child.
Easygoing, does not want to argue with you.
Endures through pain and sorrow.
Kind, forgiving and true.

Weak
       W~a~v~e~r~i~n~g               between thoughts.
   Everyone's punching bag.
                                 Absent of power.
 Kicked around.

Meek and Weak
Yet meek, strong-arms weak, through prayer,
strengthens weak with care,
lifts her head, feeds her soup,
offers him a job, helps him to cope.

Twins
In other words ~
Meek and Weak SEEM to be CONJOINED,
but one threatens loss the other    W I N S.

For the meek shall inherit the earth.
