Mediocre Longings

“need to lose a few lbs. before
summer.  need to lose a few lbs. 
before summer so i can get that 
tat i saw in the ink shop yesterday
(twas so very pretty).  got to save
up so i can get that tat i saw in the
ink shop.  need to watch my calorie
intake so i can lose those lbs. before
summer, so when i get my new tat 
that was so very pretty, it will look
good on me, that is, i will look good
with it on me.  hope i get that interview 
this week.  hope that i’ll get that 
interview because then i can start to
make some real money, because, if 
i start to make some real money i can
save up and get that tat i saw yesterday
in the ink shop, but not before i lose
a few lbs.  got to watch my calorie 
intake in order to do that.  but i have to
exercise too.  i definitely hope that
interviewer calls for that job then,
because when he calls i can ace that
thing and i will finally be making real
money.  finally put that college degree
to some use.  got to pay that thing off.
i will do that as soon as i start saving,
but not until i get my tat---the one i 
saw in the ink shop yesterday, it was
so very pretty.  it will go good with 
most of my outfits.  but all my outfits
that fit me now, i’ll have to get rid of
when i have lost that weight.  got to 
do that before summer.  lose those lbs.
before summer will mean i have to 
watch my calorie intake and exercise
though.  i will have to start running or
go to a gym, or both.  but a gym costs
money.  but that’s alright because when
i ace that interview this week after the
guy calls i will be making real money.
then i will be able to finally get some 
new outfits that will go with my pretty
new tattoo and i will be able to show it 
off, looking so good after i’ve lost that
weight i need to lose.  of course that will
be easy after i have been going to the gym
and running for a while.  i just need to
save up some money quick after i get 
this job that guy’s gonna call me about,
so i can pay for the gym membership.  
then, while i am working out and running
i will be saving up to get that pretty 
tat i saw yesterday at the ink shop.  then
when i get the tat, i will be looking good
because i’ve been working out.  that’s when
i will take the money that i have been saving
to get new outfits that will go with that pretty
tat on my new body looking so good and use 
it to get those new outfits.  after that i will
start saving up to pay off the loan i took to
get my degree, because i can do that any time.
summer only comes once a year, and i got 
to lose a few lbs. before summer.”
