(That is the question) Anaya, I’m guessing the ailment is one of foot and mouth disease, anyone with goats blood is highly susceptible to it lol! Dublin city is pretty mental today, Slán abhaile, cheers David

Ah you gotta mix it up a bit Tom, and send out some alternate vibes, especially around Paddy’s day, it does get pretty mental in town later on today lol, Happy St Patrick’s Day! Cheers David

Well as a reward for my deciphering I dreamt about toenails! Luckily it seemed to be focused on people wearing sandals with long toenails stood at bus stops... Woke up and decided to look up "chir" - knew there was plenty I missed! So I'm going truth and tricked, eternal life and licked! Going round and round until we put a foot wrong - nooooo!

Hmm absolved... Now there's a strong word if ever I heard one! Thanks :)

Sandals seem to be very popular at bus stops, depending on what part of the city you live in lol! I remember watching a movie when I was a kid and some nun had to wash all the other nuns feet with her hair as penance? So yeah I can definitely go along with your summing up verse; you are now absolved and the spell is broken, :)

Wait! What? Think I’ll skip the Bible talk here about who washed the feet of who on a Kavanagh post. lol

What have you done to me!? Just got out the shower and I'm thinking about all the feet washing in the bible lol

Willie Shake wrote, "All the world's a stage..." in As You Like it. A foot fetish appeals to some. I don't like it or lick toes. Had a neighbor who liked to lick toes in our spa. No thank you. Measure for measure, I found no pleasure in that. lol Satan's playing field is much too hot for me. David... you keep rolling out those Monoku!

I honestly don’t have a foot fetish, but I do like a nice pair of legs lol! LG is convinced I have something hidden up my sleeve, or below my ankles; spa shenanigans takes this one to a whole different level of debauchery, 3 strikes and you’re out, should be the rule :) thanks for the fun comment, cheers David

Ha - he shouldn't be so bard if he wants to avoid eternal hell fire :) (I'll likely have something better than this once I'm past the toenail imagery lol)

I'm sure I missed a whole load of layers - I'm minimal on the Shakespeare knowledge, definitely feel I've wrong footed this one :)

Damn! You are too good LG! and have found all my wordplay and implied messages, my next one won’t be as easy to decipher, haha, thanks for engaging and indulging with me on this fiendish piece!

I enjoy the brain teasers too! I'm thinking "lap" for running rings round as well as washing against and licking - also for coming closer, scorching truth being revelation and hell fire, sense being a feeling rather than a known fact. Nicked is cut, stolen, imprisoned, old Nick, truly is there - bridging but ? Then licked is beaten as well as tongue related - possibly speaking in tongues... I can't put it together though but I am listening to singing bowls right now - it doesn't help haha

Ha It’s ok, I don’t think I’ve sublimated anything cryptic into this one, it’s probably best just to take it at face value, (or is it)

I'm using all my cryptic crossword training - but now I've substituted the more obvious literal meanings for alternatives I'm possibly further off course lol

Ah you’re on the right track Miss Laurentine, hopefully the Bard would approve of my little dark tribute to him, don’t ask, it just popped into my mind earlier, he went dancing later and ended up with a club foot lol! Cheers David
