I love this! You have always been the Queen of your short, genius writes. I am seeing a lot more rhyme in your work now. You are so talented all the way around girl! I’m so glad to be here, reading your words again! And…. I completely agree! Truth doesn’t matter in this day and age. I love my dogs. They keep me sane! People…. I distance myself from. Lol

Maureen, this is indeed thought provoking for the time we live in. I think the title and the poem give us a lot to explore mentally. Belief based on truth eludes many of us who find it hard to look at things from a different perspective.

Hum... great rhyming but I must disagree with the content... truth matters to me as does belief... although humanities reason,i agree with you there! However your opinion is just as valid as mine! And perhaps this was a statement of the fact that people in general do not care what is true as long as they were raised believing it? That I can get on board with! <3 Excellent writing! Xoxo

Thank you Crystol! This ditty's more just to provoke thought about truth vs belief, not my opinion set in stone just pith to chew on ;), I have a brain injury and when I learned to question my mind, I noticed that most people never do. Cheers lovely! xomo

Hey Mo. I'll keep religion out of this and just say you rocked these lines. Opinions matter but the problem is not everyone thinks others are entitled to a different one.
