Matter of Fact

Take these words, spin them around,
Hit them, flip them upside down,
Turn them into your response,
But mark my words, it doesn't change what they are,
The truth of the matter, your not fooling,
Because all the proof is in the pudding,
So say what you will, opinions will scatter,
But that doesn't change the fact of the matter,
And matter of fact, let me remind you,
Regardless of what you think, the truth always finds you,
Bringing you back to where it began,
You can run in circles, it will come right back again,
Until you learn to face it head on,
The heart of that issue will never be gone.
