Marie's Security Blanket

"MARIE'S SECURITY BLANKET" I told her she was confused. I told her she thought she was black. I told her she lived like she was black. I told her she made sounds, talked and mimicked black mannerisms. she got mad at me and in today’s fight; she said she didn’t want me around her people because they would see just how I’d act. “my people,” defines: “from those whom I come, belong socially or ethnically, have much in common or do similar things alike!” she told me I was wrong. she screamed at me, returning the communication skills as she had been taught by all those that were colored: “you is a MUTHA- F??KA who best believe I am on some real s??t up in DIS B??CH.” well now that I know that, I guess I must’ve been mistaken. by: Chicano Eddie 3.15.19
