Hi Jan! So wonderful to hear from you. I love the whimsical and capricious nature of March - one day warm and the next day full on rain or snow! Thank you for your congratulations! Hope you are doing well. Have missed you on the soup. Spring hugs!

Hi Michelle, I am so glad you enjoyed this bit of March whimsy. March certainly has its own personality - sometimes up and sometimes down! Kind of a topsy-turvy month. Thank you for your congratulations! Always love getting your feedback. Blessings and all good things to you!

I guess I did not state it exactly enough in my rules, but I had hoped for only one verse. I want you to know that you did really well except that your very first line checks out to only 8 syllables on howmanysyllables.com. I honestly would have put this higher if not for that, Sam. Lovely imagery and congrats in my contest.

I can't believe I missed the syllable count in the first line! I was wondering about one or two stanzas. Would have been a good idea to soup mail you! Sigh. But that being said, I am grateful for your placement. So glad you enjoyed this poem. March does have some striking images. Many thanks. I really enjoyed the theme and working again in Bob's format. Blessings!

This feel so very March, especially like 'wind piper of mischief' - March is quite the trickster ;) Hope this does well for you in the contest~

Thank you Michelle! Great way of describing March as a "trickster." Just when you think you can get out some light sweaters a nor'easter blows through! Hope you are well. All the best!

Thank you Bill! While I love the month of March, it does seem to have a capricious streak - one day so different from the other. I really love that sense of mischief! So happy you enjoyed it. I am enjoying your messages. CA blessings!

Hi Pangie! Hope this message finds you doing well. A March baby would understand this month that teases with tantalizing warm days then blows through with a full blown storm full of mischief! I am so glad you liked this poem and that it brought up that spirit of mischief in you! So good to hear from you! Sending you blessings with hopes for rain!

Hi Robert! Thank you so much for your visit and your good thoughts! Am sitting in my office watching the changing moods of March roll through in sun, in storm, in wind and bluster! Seems March can't make up its mind what to be today! Fun inspiration! Blessings to you!
