Mansions (A Contemplation)
MANSIONS (a contemplation)
Sit
Get comfortable
Relax
Eyes closed (for most)
A mantra if you wish
He called them “Mansions”
Those which have no name in their space
He urged “Go into your closet”
That door which fades
where ceiling walls and floor
fall away
unto crystalline unbounded
clarity
You think of nothing
but nothing has a silent voice
a presence
Your essence merges is His essence
the essence of all
And in all inclusive
there is only one
One comes at times (for some) of deepest blue
a globe fringed with swirling flecks of gold
There is music heard only by soul
color realized
in mind-memory alone
Knowledge
knowledge that many masters have passed this way
I inhale their lingering blended spirit
and am fortified
Knowledge
knowledge that there is universal memory
and in each tiny human brain memory of all
all that is or has ever been
Knowledge
knowledge along the ever turning wheel
at this stop at all stops along the wheel
There resides but a single voice
And that voice
those all-comprehending eyes and ears
available eternally
to all
