Man Vs Fish

He breached,
 grabbed the floating morsel,
The battle began,
Who will win
The deep blue sea
Or the frying pan
Taut muscles strain,
Thought i won this race,
He spits the hook back in my face.

Nice poem about the big one that got away. I live close to the ocean, but I don't like fishing.

I have had this happen a few times. Can't really blame the fish. The good news is he will be bigger the next time you catch him. Fun Poem, now I want to go fishing.
