Man In the Earth
Every day we listen to the sounds of the world
Deadly strikes across the Ukraine
Russian missiles hit the schools
I feel that not all Russians are evil
They have lived such a hard life
And now there is a little man who deems himself a King
They are everywhere are they not?
China, Iraq, Texas?, I believe in Americans
We must support our country strong, safe and democratic
Italy gone mad again? Ukraine fighting for their lives
Now Trump says it's mine
He admits he has the government's boxes still
My my my I am 70 and have been around awhile
But never seen such a man taunting our laws
I was a hippy but this is insane
I love my country imperfect as it is
I pray that people will see the sickness
Will work together and will join with the world
And then enter together
Joining to protect the living ocean,
The mountains, lakes and hills
And humanity in unison
