Mama been gone 48 years now Yeah! I can still hear her whispering In my ear now Son you need to put on your jacket, gloves, boots and scarf Because it's snowing and cold outside Mama went on a rollercoaster ride with me Up an down winding in and out we did climb twist and turns We laugh and cried while soaring through the skies Mama she was there when I fell and skin my knee She pulled out the stinger when I got stung by a bee She was married to my dad, Joseph Lee 2/14/22 Written words by James Edward Lee Sr © 2022
