Lusting for Honey

A bee buzzed with love, pure and sunny, For clover, its sweet, golden honey. It danced in the breeze, With remarkable ease, Declaring, "For you, I'd spend all my money!"

This delightful limerick captures the whimsical essence of a bee's affection for clover and its precious honey. The imagery of the bee buzzing with love, accompanied by the mention of sweet, golden honey and the dance in the breeze, evokes a sense of warmth and joy.

now that is a most delightful Limerick and was true to the form. I love the subtle inference of 'political honey.' So well done, Don. Thanks for bringing something light into being. I needed to read something light today. Have a splendid evening, Sara

Yikes! ;-) this is obviously metaphorical hijinx about u.s.a.’s current fundraising for political honey… hahaha well, it could be…maybe… sweet one.

Clover had no buzz for the bee at all - She had her eye on a bird who’s named Paul - She didn’t want bee’s money - Had no taste for honey - The bee stung them both in his final call…. Beryl
