Nice imagery.The form is NOT Dodoitsu.It is Choka.Now the syllable counts of three stanzas (total 17 lines) are as follows 5/7/7/5/7/5-5/7/7/7/5 and 5/7/7/5/7/5 .Is it ok for a choka ..please check.Best wishes.
